linking without permission

No I do not think linking should be allowed without the webmanagers
permission.

I strongly agree with the writer on the problem of spaming,
and such e-mail. I receive an average of 50 messages daily and at least
90% are junk to me - send bulk e-mail. It is because of
these I do not consider using that even to related webmangers.
It seems that replying with "remove" on the subject line does
no good either or it sure takes a long time for removal.
