The posted article quotes "Novell plans to release a final version patch for NetWare 3.12 & 4.1 in 1998", the article then states the simple install steps to be taken for clients and server.
Excellent I thought. However, after visiting Novell's online support site, I discovered that Novell are not testing NetWare 3.12 or 4.1 the only option available to us is to upgrade to IntranetWare 4.11 or 5.0. See Novell - Year 2000 Product Readiness Table.
