Spams are Assults: ISPs should have the right to remove Spammers

Spamming is an assult on email users plain and simple.

If someone came to your house and used your materials to build
their advertisement they would have to pay. When a spammer
send you unsolicited email using up your bandwidth the spammer
owes you advertising $$$.

I worked for an ISP that was used as a relay site for a spammer
who was blocked by AOL. I can tell you that spammers eat up
alot of time and cause a great deal of inconvenience for the
relay host who was victimized not to mention the hatred we
encountered.

I see no reason why an ISP can't cancel a Spammers account. The
court ruling forcing the ISP to reinstate the Spammers account
was insane.
