It's an issue in that Instant Internet replaces the wsock32.dll and the winsock.dll

WOrkaround is to copy the original Win '95 files to the directory of your application, OR to copy the Wsock32.dll of Instant Internet to IT'S directory....

Had many a customer with this issue, that's how I resolved it..
