In my opinion Microsoft products are good only as coasters. We are more then willing to accept those "holes" as normal day to day operation of the software and do not cease to buy their products. I belive we should have laws enacted that make it illegal to release shotty products...just like if you manufactured childrens toys you would be liable for your product if it had hurt a child.
