I have had the same experience. I have an AOL account but my daughter does not. Her bank account has been debited for six months, without her ever opening an account or giving AOL her bank inforamtion. The bank says they can only credit the last month and to get with AOL. AOL says they have no record of an account and she should get a new bank.
Any ideas?
