I just found the site for one of the attys. involved in the Class Action suit against AOL. Go to "CBS MarketWatch" and you should find the article w/ website and phone #'s. Any problem e-mail me and I'll get it to you. In case you don't already realize it,you can't access any other ISP or any program that polls the net(Gator) etc. until you get rid of AOL and good luck doing that!
