Configuring MS-Outlook/Outlook Express E-mail For use with RideWay
Before configuring, make sure you have the SMTP server address or domain provided by your ISP entered into BreezeWay in RideWay under 'Server Control'.
Open MS Outlook on Client PC
Steps:
1. Click Tools.
2. Click Accounts.
3. Click Mail
4. Click Properties
5. Click Services
6. Enter RideWay (or, Server)PC’s IP address into Outgoing mail (SMTP) box, For example, 192.168.1.1.
7. Enter Server PC’s IP address into Incoming mail (POP3) box, For example, 192.168.1.1
8. Choose Log on using,
9. Enter# into Account name, For example,
- tzinzi#mail.itserv.com
10. Enter your password into Password
11. Click General,
12. Enter your email address into E-mail address box, For example,
tzinzi@itserv.com
13. Click OK.
