If you have followed the help files for configuring TCP/IP on each PC for use with RideWay, and, you cannot browse the Internet from your client PC, you can send the DGL support staff your configurations. A RideWay technical specialist will review your configurations, set up and return with recommended changes, if necessary.
DIRECTIONS:
- Using your mouse, Select the Contents of the Form below.
- Once entire form is selected, copy contents to the clipboard.
- Start your e-mail application, paste contents into the body of the e-mail.
- Answer questions.
- Send E-mail to rideway@dgl.com.

In the copy of Netscape on the client PC, Click Options. Click Network Preferences. Click Proxies
